Cancellation policy

Trip cancellation and insurance policy

If you have to cancel your stay at the Tirolensis, please inform us promptly.

There is no right of withdrawal in the sense of the consumer protection code - nevertheless we grant the following cancellation conditions:
- Cancellation at least 15 days before arrival: free of charge. The deposit will be retained.
- Cancellation 14 days up to 7 days before arrival: 30 % of the agreed total price will be charged.
- Cancellation 6 days up to 1 day prior arrival, in case of early departure or late arrival: 80 % of the agreed daily rate per unused day will be charged.
- In case of no-show: 100 % of the agreed total price will be charged.

If you have to cancel your stay due to unforeseeable regulations by COVID-19 (e.g. blocking of national borders), we grant a free cancellation up to one day before planned arrival.
