Climbing Gardens

South Tyrol provides numerous possibilities for outdoor climbing, including Dam Wall Climbing in Martello and bouldering

Sport climbing on natural rock faces can be practised in several places in South Tyrol, e.g. in the pristine Valle di Landro valley, at the Gardena Pass or at Solda in the Stelvio National Park. Also bouldering is becoming increasingly popular, a form of free climbing that is performed on small rock formations or artificial rock walls without the use of ropes or harnesses. Have a try!
