From Rablà (railway station) we cycle along the cycle path of the Adige river to Plaus and on via Naturno towards Ciardes. Passing Stava, we reach Sand, a settlement just before Ciardes. Here we turn left onto the Via Steinach road and cycle slightly uphill to the village of Tablà and then on to Cirlano. Branching off to the right, the Via Unterrohl road leads to the sports grounds in Naturno.
Via the Via Dornsberg road, we then reach Plaus again, passing Dornsberg Castle. From there we turn right to Obermelz, from where we finally reach the starting point at Rablà passing the group of houses called Ried.
