This walk across the forest is a recommendation also for those who are not highly skilled hikers or mountain experts, and to those who would like simply have a nice day.
We start at the parking space in the north of Obereggen. First we follow the path no. 9 (Lake Carezza), then no. 8 (Häusler Sam), both wide and comfortable paths. On comfortable paths we walk along the forests and meadows at the foot of the Latemar mountain massif.
After an hour we reach our destination. The mountain tavern Häusler Sam offers traditional cuisine, a nice lawn for sunbathing and possibilities to play for kids at the edge of the forest.
