Crib exhibition in San Paolo

The viticultural village of San Paolo invites you to the 12th edition of the largest crib exhibition throughout South Tyrol.

Like every year in Christmas time, the wine village of San Paolo, a locality that belongs to Appiano, invites you to the largest crib exhibition throughout South Tyrol. This year the exhibition takes place from November 29 to January 6, 2009.
Numerous cribs will appear in windows, bays and niches of the village. Particularly in the evening the village appears to be really atmospheric. The idyllic silhouette of San Paolo and the huge Christmas tree in front of the church spread a fairytale-like Christmas atmosphere.

Moreover there is a varied supporting programme, including concerts of music groups, a “living” crib exhibition and much more.

Saturday, November 29
5 pm: official inauguration in the centre of the village
Advent, mulled wine and Christmas biscuits.

Saturday, December 6
5 pm: Saint Nicholas in the centre of the village
Advent, mulled wine and Christmas biscuits.

Sunday, December 14
5 pm: the “living” crib in the alleys of San Paolo
Advent, mulled wine and Christmas biscuits.

Sunday, December 21
5 pm: the “living” crib in the alleys of San Paolo
7 pm: Advent choir concert in the church of San Paolo
Advent, mulled wine and Christmas biscuits

By the way: in the weekends the centre of San Paolo is closed for traffic.
