Snowboard Festival in Solda all’Ortles

Well, have you already taken your board out of the basement and freed it of spider webs? :-)
If you haven’t, then it is time to do so as at the end of November the ski areas open their doors again and the new winter season starts!!

The “Boarder Weekend” of Solda is probably one of the highlights of this year’s winter season! From December 8-10, 2006, Soldena invites all snowboarder, skiers and whoever wants to join in to celebrate the opening of the new winter season!

Friday, December 08, 2006
11 am: buffet and drink at the Funpark
1 pm: rail contest at the new Funpark
3:30 pm: price giving ceremony with numerous giveaways
special highlight: famous DJ at the Iglu (opposite to the Funpark)

Saturday, December 09, 2006
11 am: training jumps
12 am:jump contest at the Funpark
2 pm: jump contest finals
3:30 pm: price giving ceremony with numerous giveaways
special highlight: live band at the Madritschhütte hut

Sunday, December 10, 2006
10 am: snowboard cross training (besides the half-pipe)
11 am: snowboard cross start
1 pm: snowboard cross finals
3:30 pm: price giving ceremony with numerous giveaways
