If you drive uphill from Millan, Sant'Andrea (St. Andrä) comes into view at an altitude of almost 1,000 metres. It is another district of Bressanone, its hamlets of Sant'Andrea village, Sant'Andrea in Monte, Cornale, Plabach, San Leonardo, Monte Ruzzo, Meluno e Cleran spread out on the sunny slope of the Plose. Here, in this natural landscape, the mountain road to the Passo delle Erbe begins and the Plose Cable Car also starts here. It connects "St. Anders", as Sant'Andrea is locally called, with the local mountain of Bressanone in just a few minutes.

Sant'Andrea already offers a beautiful view on the episcopal town and the low mountain range landscape of the Isarco Valley. At the top of the mountain, many more highlights await you: The themed trails such as the WoodyWalk and the MTB trails in the Bikepark Bressanone are just as much visited as the area around the mountain station, where there are refreshment stops and metre-high wooden letters to climb. An alternative to the downhill ride by cable car are the mountain carts from the mountain station to the valley station - very special fun for young and old.

In winter, 42 km of slopes, lots of sun and a panoramic view on the Dolomites await you on the Plose. The longest descent down to the valley in South Tyrol is also part of the skiing area, as well as one of the longest sledge runs in the region, the Rudi Run. Down in the village, tennis courts, a bowling alley, the Ackerboden natural sledge run and an ice skating rink round off the offer.
