Tubre in Val Monastero

Tubre is a small mountain village in Val Venosta.

Located in Val Monastero and on the border with Swiss Grison, the hamlet of Tubre is especially popular with hikers. Here you can embark on fascinating hikes across Switzerland and the mountains of Val Venosta. Moreover, the place boasts a gentle and not too hot climate even in summer.

In the surroundigns of Tubre you will find the ruins of Castle Rotund and Reichenberg, still reminding of the bishops of Coira. Within easy reach is also the monastery of Müstair (CH), a World Heritage Site of the Unesco.
