Description
At the alpine hut Pralongiá, a special menu based on goat's milk from the farm Ciores in La Val will be offered.
The producer himself will be present and will illustrate the particularities of his product. Stefano Croce, chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Agritur el Mas in Moena, will also be there, offering a dish dedicated to the goat's milk.
