Above the basin of Bressanone, in the idyllic hamlet of Elvas, the Huberhof farm is located.

In the 18th century the Huberhof farm still was a cowshed, today it became an inviting farm inn where typical Farmers cooking of the Valle Isarco can be enjoyed.
Speck, cheese, beetroot, spinach and cheese dumplings, “Erdäpfelblattlen” (fried potato pasties) with cabbage, house sausage, spare ribs, “Surfleisch” (cured meat), game and asparagus dishes – this is only a short abstract of specialities which are seasonally dished up at the farm inn.
The homemade wines go perfectly with these specialities. Kerner, Portugieser and Zweigelt can be tasted. And homemade juices like red currant, elderflower, mint and apple juice complete the range best.
