3 Zinnen Dolomites Ski Resort

Five ski mountains between Dobbiaco, San Candido and the Val Comelico are united in the holiday region 3 Zinnen Dolomites

The 3 Zinnen Dolomites Ski Resort in the Upper Val Pusteria includes the skiing areas of Monte Elmo-Orto del Toro-Croda Rossa, Monte Baranci, Passo Monte Croce, Rienza-Dobbiaco, Braies, Waldheim in Sesto, and Val Comelico which belongs to the Italian Province of Belluno. From every village of the region, the single skiing areas are comfortably accessible by the ski shuttles and trains. Furthermore there's the Val Pusteria Ski Express which runs between the 3 Zinnen Dolomites Ski Resort and the Plan de Corones Skiing Area every half an hour. 115 km of perfectly groomed slopes and 31 lifts are waiting for you - for the winter season 2023/24, the Heinrich Harrer Lift in Sesto/Moso has been replaced by a ski lift of the same kind.

At the heart of the ski region there's the connection Monte Elmo-Orto del Toro-Croda Rossa with its new 3 Zinnen Dolomites Cable Car. Above San Candido, however, rises Mt. Baraci, the paradise for families which offers also night-skiing under the lights. The Monte Croce Pass is known for its wide slopes and the Marc Girardelli downhill run. It is located close to the Val Comelico Ski Area, which is also part of the 3 Zinnen Dolomites Ski Resort. The ski lifts of the small areas in Braies, Waldheim and Dobbiaco, perfect places for beginners, complete the offer. Something very special is the "Giro delle Cime", a 34 km long ski tour around the peaks of the world-famous Dolomites.

Snowboarders and those who are looking for an adrenaline rush can look forward to several snow parks in the single skiing areas and to the steepest slope of Italy which is groomed every day - the Holzriese downhill run. All above mentioned skiing areas are accessible with one ticket only, the 3 Zinnen Dolomites Ski Pass and the Dolomiti Superski Pass. In the near future, there are plans to create a connection between the ski resort and the Thurnthaler Skiing Area on the Austrian side.
