Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
If you cancel your reservation up to 30 days before the arrival date, no penalty will be applied. The deposit will be fully refunded, minus a €50 administrative fee.
- for cancellations made 29 to 10 days before arrival, 50% of the total booking amount will be retained.
- for cancellations made 9 to 3 days before arrival, 80% of the total booking amount will be retained.
- for cancellations made with less than 3 days’ (72 hours) notice, as well as in the case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
