Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
No additional cancellation fees apply for cancellations made up to 15 days before arrival.
For cancellations made between 14 and 8 days before arrival, a fee of 50% of the total booked amount will be charged.
For cancellations made between 7 and 1 day before arrival, a fee of 90% of the total booked amount will be charged.
If you cancel on the day of arrival, a fee of 100% of the total booked amount will be charged.
In the event of early departure, late arrival, or no-show, cancellation fees of 100% will be charged for the booked days that were not used.
A processing fee of 50 euros will be charged for cancellations.
