Outdoor back exercises

Outdoor back exercises combine fresh air with targeted exercises to strengthen, stretch and mobilise the back. It starts with simple warm-up exercises and then continues with targeted back-strengthening and stretching exercises. Natural elements such as benches and tree trunks can be used as training equipment. The session is rounded off with mobilisation and relaxation exercises, which not only improve your back but also your general well-being.
