Laces Castle (organic)

At the castle the organic apple juice “EVA” is produced

The Burghof Latsch is farmed organically and recently also according to biodynamic rules. The quality is also noticeable in the EVA organic juices: "From fruity Golden to tasty Cuvees with Rohne, quince or apricot. Delicious fruits become healthy food. Fresh, harmonious and natural," emphasises farmer Irmi.

Access route: Coming from Merano go past the parish church in the village centre of Laces and turn right onto Via Stazione road. After 50 m the farm is located on the right.
