What makes yoga at the foot of the Latemar so special? It's the silence, the nature and the breathtaking view.
Together with yoga teacher Johanna Kompatscher, we will walk to the lake Mitterlegersee | Lago di Mezzo, a rare natural phenomenon that is only visible once a year for a short time after the snow melts.
In this idyllic setting at the foot of the Latemar, Johanna will guide us through a meditative practice that strengthens and promotes our strength, flexibility and concentration. During the dynamic Prana Flow, we will merge our breath with movement and practice yoga with mindfulness.
