Scena is situated on a sun-drenched hill above the city of Merano and provides a great view on the Sarentino Alps with Monte Ivigna and Monte Cervina. One of the most remarkable features of the village is the hill enthroned by the ancient and new parish churches. Equally impressive are the mausoleum and Castel Scena. -
The most striking attraction of Tirolo is Castel Tirolo, enthroning a hill above the city of Merano. Due to its vicinity to the city, you can comfortably visit the Botanic Gardens of Trauttmansdorff Castle or the Thermal Baths of Merano. Moreover Tirolo is an ideal starting point for hikes in the heart of the Gruppo di Tessa mountain range. -
