Dorli - born on 08.04.2008, 13 calvings, 16 calves born, 61,853 kg milk produced, slaughtered on 06.03.2024

Come along in the evening for the Dorli menu. On 24.04. there will be a workshop on meat processing. On 25 April there will be delicious dishes from Dorli beef.

Menu:

Tongue salad with beetroot, horseradish, oat milk and lovage oil

Tartare and baked praline with various radishes, Stilmus and remoulade

Tafelspitz broth with Jerusalem artichoke cream and cress

Hay noodles with goat's cream cheese, grated dried heart

Fillet of beef cooked sous vide in Pinot Noir with asparagus and hollondaise sauce
