Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
We ask for your understanding, that for cancellations made less then 40 days before the arrival is free
In case of cancellation within 21 days before arrival 50 % of the total price will charged
In case of canvellation within 14 days before arrival 80 % of the total price will be charged
As for later arrival or earlier departure we request the total of the reservation period.
Bookings of rooms and apartments are only binding when both sides have received a written confirmation. The deposit is owed 2 months before the stay and cannot be returned. Important: The cancellation conditions are irrespective of whether the canceled rooms are rented in whole or in part.
