We have spacious one-bedroom apartments with 47-50 m² with bedroom, living room, entrance hall, kitchenette, bathroom and balcony and one-bedroom apartments with 22-40 m², which have only one room with kitchenette, bathroom and balcony.

All our flats are furnished in comfortable Tyrolean style, were renovated in the CHALET style in 2014/2015 and have Flat-TV colour (42″ or 32″), radio, telephone and safe.

As a special service we do a ’small’ room service every day, twice a week the maid cleans the flats and the bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is provided completely by us!

Surcharge for children per day: up to 4 years 8 €, up to 8 years 12 €, up to 12 years 16 €, up to 15 years 20 €, from 15 years 25 €.
Surcharge for four-legged friends: 9.90 € to 15.90 € per day, depending on size.
Final cleaning with disinfection: one-room apartments 50 €, two-room apartments and Hoachsitz 65 € only.
You can also have breakfast in the house: 20 € per person per day; with many typical Tyrolean products and home-made jams.
