The house is furnished in a very special style with great attention to detail. The unfussy lines also run through the rooms, with clear structures and reduced colours in earthy and natural tones.

The chef and his team cook with passion and fresh natural products, preferably from farms in the neighbourhood and from the own herb garden.
They skilfully combine South Tyrolean tradition with Mediterranean lightness and in this way succeed in surprising even the most spoilt palates again and again.
