Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
- if the stay is cancelled 40 to 15 days before the arrival date, the deposit of € 300 per room will be retained/charged. In the event of early cancellation, the deposit will be retained and credited for a later date
- for cancellations less than 14 days before the arrival date, 70% of the agreed total price will be charged
- for cancellations 7 days before arrival or non-arrival as well as early departure, at least 100% of the remaining holiday will be charged
