CANCELLATION POLICY FOR SUMMER 2020

In view of the uncertain situation in Europe and help you to arrange your travel plans, we have change our cancellation conditions for the entire summer of 2020:

The bookings are confirmed only if a deposit has been paid; in the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applied:

Up to 15 days before arrival: In accordance with Article 88 of Legislative Decree No. 18 of 2020 and Article 28 of Legislative Decree No. 9 of 2020, we will send you a holiday voucher in the value of the deposit made, which you can use within one year from the date of issue.

From 14 days to 0 days to your arrival: The confirmation deposit will not be refunded.

However, no further cancellation fees will be charged!
