Cancellation policy

Trip cancellation and insurance policy

If you cancel your reservation in writing up to 95 days before the agreed date of arrival, we will refund the deposit minus a handling fee of € 80. From 94 days before the agreed arrival date, 50 percent of the total price of the booked arrangement will be charged. In case of cancellation between 93 days and 30 days before the arrival date at the latest, 80 percent of the total price of the booked arrangement will be charged. In the event of cancellation less than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, 100% of the agreed total price of the booked arrangement will be charged.
In case of no-show and in case of early departure or late arrival, 100 percent of the agreed total price of the booked arrangement will be charged. Verbal cancellations are not valid.

Inexpensive cancellation protection: We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This is also valid if you cannot make your journey because you are ill with Covid-19 or are in quarantine. For a carefree coverage of your booking we therefore advise you to take out a cancellation insurance (5% of the travel price).
