It all looks so simple – and yet, it’s often the small details that make the biggest difference.
If you love mountain biking and are always working to refine your skills, then the Ride & Skills Day on the Plose is perfect for you. This is not a dry technical course, nor is it just about bombing down trails.
The guides from Plose Bike are true experts in their field. Together with you, they’ll fine-tune your technique and help you tackle those key trail sections that make all the difference. Expect plenty of tips, tricks, and hands-on practice on the lines of the Brixen Bikepark and the Plose home trails – that’s what the Ride & Skills Day is all about.

• Mandatory equipment: Helmet (possibly full-face), knee and elbow pads
• Recommended: Back protector
• Difficulty STS: S1 – S2
• Fitness level: 2/5
• Format: Skill workshop & trail riding
• Important: Basic mountain biking knowledge required

Note: The ticket for the ascent (lift/funicular) can be purchased on site.
