Stefan Santifaller has taken on this extraordinary adventure twice: first on foot from Portugal to the North Cape – 182 marathons in 182 days – and then back by bicycle. “A journey full of highs and lows, which pushed not only physical but also mental limits,” as he says.

In his multivision talk, he shares the physical and mental challenges of this double crossing of Europe and how he developed resilience, self-discipline, and endurance along the way. He speaks about his motivation, what drove him, and the impact such a project can have on a person. He also shows how to turn challenges into opportunities, redefine goals, and pursue long-term projects with passion and determination.

The talk will conclude with an open Q&A session, where personal questions can be asked and answered directly.

At LUMEN, several of Stefan’s latest works from the series Glacier’s End – A colourful study of our changing existence will also be on display.
