Magical moments around the Klammalm

The route starts in Flading, passes the “Pfeifer Huisile's witch's kitchen", and leads us up enchanting paths. The section over the “Stiegen” requires both sweat and endurance, but once you reach the top, a beautiful mountain meadow plateau opens up, offering a colorful picture with colorful flowers and herbs depending on the season. For centuries, the finest mountain hay has been cut here, a tradition that is still upheld today. We continue our hike over the ridge of the “Hochegg” with its impressive view of the valley to the Klammalm.

But before we reach our destination, a mysterious spiral stone takes us back to times gone by – what stories might this age-old relic have to tell us? During a stop at the Klammalm, we can enjoy regional specialties from the alpine kitchen. Afterwards, we hike downhill via the “Fladinger Kaser,” past Huisile's waterfall gorge. Along the way, we are accompanied by a “touch of the sorcerer,” aromatic herbs, and stories from times long past.
