An experience dedicated to well-being and body awareness through the practice of Pilates.
During the class, you will be guided through a sequence of exercises of varying difficulty, suitable for both beginners and those with previous experience. Working on posture, strength, and flexibility will help you regain balance, stability, and energy.
The class takes place indoors, and the mat is provided by the instructor.
