Sunrise on Monterodes

Guided sunrise hike

From the Schleiser Kreuzung we leave early in the morning by minibus and drive up to the Schleiser Alm. Our sunrise hike begins there.
From there we follow the marked trail towards Monterodes. During the ascent we will experience the sunrise with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape. The trail leads across gentle alpine meadows and gradually climbs up to Monterodes.

After a short break, we descend along the hiking trail to Schlinig.
Once we arrive there, we will all return together to the valley by public bus.

Total walking time: approx. 3 hours
Difficulty: moderate (difference in altitude: approx. 450 metres)
