This hike takes us across the alpine meadows of the Alpe di Luson. Here, you can watch as the sun slowly sets and bathes the Dolomite peaks in a deep red glow.

We sharpen our senses and soak up the tranquillity of the forest. In an age of constant connectivity, haste and stress, we have forgotten how to be present in the here and now. Through guided exercises, we breathe in the crisp mountain air. Various sensory exercises allow us to experience the sound of the stream or the scent of the forest in all their intensity. Meanwhile, Herta Maria shares fascinating stories about Luson’s places of power.
