Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
For cancellations up to 31 days before arrival, no additional cancellation fees will be charged.
In the event of cancellation within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, a fee of 40% of the total amount booked will be charged.
In the event of cancellation within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, a fee of 60% of the total amount booked will be charged.
Cancellation within 7 days prior to arrival will incur a charge of 70% of the total amount booked.
In the event of early departure, late arrival or no-show, a cancellation fee of 70% of the booked, unused days will be charged.
