Description
We welcome you in our guesthouse Paian in Selva in the Val Gardena valley, in the midst of the stunning Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage Site!
Our house, carefully renovated some years ago, is located in a sunny position above the village centre.
It offers a beautiful view on Selva and the entrance to the Vallelunga valley as well as on the famous Dolomite peaks of the Odle, Sella and Sassolungo Groups and Mt. Sciliar.
Our four new holiday apartments, comfortably furnished with spruce wood, feature a south balcony and free Wifi – towels and linen are included. Our terrace and our small lawn, however, invite to relax.
Also a free garage, a bike room, several discounts and a ski, mountainbike and nordic walking instructor in the house are available.

Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
- in the event of a cancellation beyond 4 months, nothing is due beyond the deposit
- for cancellations between 4 months and 1 month from the arrival date, compensation of 40% of the total stay is due
- for cancellations between one month and one week from the arrival date, the compensation is 70%
- for cancellations within a week of the arrival date, compensation is 90% of the total stay
- in case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge the entire stay after booking
