Description
The Residence Hof am Keller is located in the sunny Bassa Atesina on the edge of the village of Montagna/Montan.
The renovated estate originally dates back to the 15th century and has already been warmly run by the March family for many generations.
Eight lovingly furnished and well-equipped flats as well as a rich breakfast buffet in the morning - on request - are waiting for you.
Refreshment is provided by the swimming pool and you can enjoy the warm rays of the sun on the loungers. A barbecue area is also available. Little guests are also catered for: a great playground in the garden of the house guarantees fun and games.
Short or longer hikes through the vineyards or in the nearby Monte Corno Nature Park can be started directly from the Residence.
In the centuries-old wine cellar you can end the day in a nice, sociable atmosphere with a typical South Tyrolean "Marende" and a fine drop of wine.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.
