Villa Maier is perfectly connected and only a 3-minute walk from the Wolfsgruben railway station of the Renon/Ritten railway.
You can also access many hiking trails directly from the house.
All 12 modern flats have a fully equipped kitchenette and a balcony with a view of the green countryside.
A regional breakfast buffet awaits you every morning and our trust bar provides you with Italian delicacies.
The in-house clay tennis court, a yoga room and a small sauna are at your disposal.
In summer, our pool with sunbathing lawn offers the perfect setting for a relaxing day by the pool.

- up to 30 days before arrival you may cancel your booking without charge.
- up to 15 days prior to arrival 30% of the amount proposed in our quotation
- up to 8 days prior to arrival 60% of the amount proposed in our estimate
- under 8 days prior to arrival and not arriving: 70% of the amount proposed in our quote
