Cancellation policies
- From the time of booking to 30 days before arrival: free of charge, the already paid deposit will be reimbursed or can be used for a later holiday.
- From 29 to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- From 2 days to the day of arrival: 100% of the total price
- In case of no-show, early departure, or late arrival: 100% of the agreed daily price for each day not used.
These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are refilled in whole or in part. The same applies in case of early departure.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
