Trip cancellation and insurance policy
- In case of cancellation within 20 days prior to arrival, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
- In case of cancellation starting from 29 days prior to arrival, 50% of the room price will be charged.
- In case of no-show, late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged.
