Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
Up to 3 months before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a processing fee of Euro 25.00.
- from 3 months to 4 weeks before arrival, the deposit will be retained as compensation.
- within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
In case of no-show or early departure or late arrival, the fee for the entire booking period is due in full.
Please inform us in good time if you are unable to start your holiday.
