Cancellation policy
Trip cancellation and insurance policy
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the start of the holiday, the deposit will be retained and credited for your next stay (valid within one year from the booked date).
- for cancellation between 29 and 14 days before the beginning of the holiday, 50% of the total cost of the booked apartment,
- for cancellations 13 to 4 days before the start of the holiday 70 %,
- in the event of cancellation from the 3rd day before the start of the holiday, non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged.
