Cancellation policies
- cancellation up to 31 days before arrival is free of charge
- between 30 and 15 days there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total price
- from 14 days before arrival 80% of the total price
- if the booked room is not taken over without cancellation, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price.
- in the event of early departure or late arrival: 80% of the agreed daily rate per day not used.
