Cancellation policy
Cancellation policies
- in case of cancellation up to 42 days before the start of the holiday, we will refund your deposit minus a handling fee of € 85 per room
- from 42 days, the deposit will not be refunded.
- in case of cancellation up to 3 weeks before arrival, 80% and 2 weeks before arrival 100% of the total booked arrangement price will be charged
- in case of late arrival or early departure, we charge the entire booked stay
