Things do not always turn out as expected, so sometimes a booked holiday has to be cancelled or terminated.
The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers‘ code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:
Cancellation of booking 1 month to 2 weeks prior to your arrival: that cancellation fee is 50% of the cost of the booking
within the last 2 weeks: 80 %
early departure 100%
