The border between South Tyrol and Austria hides a major secret, the remains of which can still be visited in some places today. It is a defensive line of bunkers built by Benito Mussolini against Hitler, even though they were formally allies. We are talking about the Alpine Wall. It became popularly known as the “Non mi fido” or “I don’t trust you” line. A story taking us back to the dark era of the world wars… full of fear, mistrust and decisions with fatal consequences!
