Levin (head chef at AO Restaurant) and Alan (chef de partie at Nobelhart & Schmutzig in Berlin) serve a 7-course menu made from regional ingredients with their very own interpretations.
Teresa and Eva will be pouring wines from artisan wineries north and south of the Alps.
Of course, for all those who want to spend the evening sober, there is an equally exciting non-alcoholic accompaniment.
We start at 7.00 pm with a joint
chef's aperitif.
