In the pure mountain air of Sulden, we open the space for a unique experience: the revitalising energy of a mindful hike meets the powerful techniques of Kundalini Yoga. Guided by Miriam Verdross, yoga teacher and experienced facilitator, we learn to direct our breath consciously, activate the body, and calm the mind.
Gentle walking sections through the stunning alpine landscape alternate with simple yet effective yoga exercises that everyone can do - regardless of age or prior experience. The clear air, the vastness of the mountains, and the mindful movements create a harmonious balance between energy and relaxation.
Each step, each breath becomes an invitation to arrive fully in the present moment – and to take new vitality home with you.
