Hike to the organic farm Niedersteinhof above St. Leonhard/S. Leonardo. There, organic farmer and farm owner Walter opens the gates of his kingdom to us. With passionate explanations of the farm philosophy and the associated concept, he takes us into the world of his agricultural work.
