Guided hike along the creek Scaleres on the trail of the famous doctor Sebastian Kneipp. During the excursion we will learn concepts on Kneipp healing method, and the beneficial effects of cold water. Dedicated to all those who like to walk, and with simple cold water applications to improve their well-being, strengthen the body and the immune system.
