Yoga with Rakesh and Karin Nanda

In 2015, the 21st of June was declared World Yoga Day by the UN.
Also this year on the 21st of June we will celebrate this world event with the speakers Karin and Rakesh Nanda in front of the enchanting backdrop of the Dolomites.
Yoga is the world's oldest system for holistic health, whose effectiveness is now more and more confirmed by modern science.
Yoga leads to lasting relaxation and unity with oneself. Physical and mental tensions are relieved and enormous energy reserves are awakened.
This creates a harmony of body, mind and soul.

Rakesh Nanda is the first yoga teacher in South Tyrol and has been teaching yoga and pranotherapy in his courses and lectures for 40 years.

We are looking forward to spend the International Yoga Day all together!
