Description

The fresh mountain air of Sulden brings not only clarity to our lungs – it also sharpens our senses to what grows, smells, and heals all around us. During this herbal hike, we open ourselves to the healing power of nature. Along peaceful trails, we discover powerful alpine plants that have been part of traditional folk medicine and home remedies for centuries. You’ll learn to identify, gather, and apply common healing and wild herbs in everyday life – and discover how the landscape itself becomes your teacher. To conclude the day, we’ll prepare a fragrant herbal salt together using freshly foraged plants – a small piece of nature to take home. This experience combines movement, knowledge, fresh air, and mindfulness, offering a holistic journey – for body, mind, and senses.
