The bread path: From field to oven

This year we celebrate the very first edition of the Bread Festival, an event dedicated to one of the simplest and most treasured foods of our tradition.
The event will be hosted by the local mountain huts and businesses of La Crusc / Santa Croce.

Journey into our tradition today during a guided hike through the fields, as we discover the history of bread together with Helga, our herb expert.
We visit an old mill and a historic oven, where Matteo, a farmer from the Alfarëi farm, shows and explains how they were used. Meanwhile, we enjoy the authentic taste of bread.

The guides speak Italian and German.
