Often succeeding in life is “a matter of feeling” - of feeling in tune with what is around us. How can we feel our emotions through the body? What does the body tell us as emotions pass through it?
Three body theater stages dedicated to emotions and the emotional state of feeling. The theater and body theater technique offer an ideal path to experience and realize how emotions can determine our actions, and are at the same time a useful training to become more attentive to the feelings we experience. Knowing ourselves through our perception of emotions and feelings helps us to act under their impulse in a constructive way allowing us to be in tune with others and increase our mental and physical well-being.
The stages are intended to serve to improve our awareness of the sensations|feelings we experience with the aim of making creativity, expressive skills and self-improvement more effective.
